Pantry Service
3-4 volunteers are needed for each pantry service (AM and PM on Wednesday) to help shoppers, checking shoppers in, bagging groceries, and restocking.

Hannaford Pick-Up
We receive donations from our local Hannaford each Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Volunteers help load and unload the food and sort it at the pantry.

Regional Food Bank Unloading and Stocking
Each Tuesday, we receive an order from the Regional Food Bank in Latham. Volunteers are needed to help unload and sort this food.

Community Garden

Working in the community garden is fun for all ages.

Helpers are always needed for weeding, washing, tilling, and harvesting vegetables in the community garden at St. Joseph’s Hall.

Gleaning
Gleaning volunteers visit several local farms and help to harvest leftover produce, then bring this produce to the pantry where it is sorted and distributed.

Make sure you’re prepared for your Gleaning experience with our Get Ready to Glean guide.
