2024 marks our fourth year administering a voucher program in partnership with health insurance provider CDPHP at area farmers markets. The program started in Glens Falls, and in 2022 expanded to Saratoga Springs. The intervention matches qualifying individuals with food access vouchers that are spent directly with market vendors. Participants are provided multiple access points to health, social care, and nutrition resources throughout the 6-month program.
