Eastbound Jesus Benefit Concert at Caffe Lena
On Saturday, January 25th Caffe Lena donated their space and Eastbound Jesus donated their time and talents to raise money for Comfort Food Community! All ticket sale proceeds were donated, along with a basket raffle, raising a total of $2500.
Mother's Day on Tap
For the last two years in a row, Sarah and Matt from Scotlander Brewing Company have organized a Mother's Day brunch fundraiser at the brewery! Last year they sold 43 brunch tickets and donated $215 to CFC!
Greater Greenwich Diaper Drive
During the months of September and October, the Greenwich Free Library organized a diaper drive to collect essential supplies for distribution at our Greenwich and Cossayuna food pantries!
Food Drives
Organizations throughout our service area host food drives throughout the year collecting non-perishable food items for distribution to our communities. In this photo, two representatives from Otto Auto are dropping off 255 lbs. of food!
Birthday Fundraiser
Comfort Food Community can support you in asking your friends and loved ones to make a donation in your name for your birthday!
Community Dinner
Each year, Scout Troop 27 of Greenwich hosts a Community Dinner with the Middle Falls Fire Station in support of Comfort Food Community! In 2024, they served 425 free meals to the community and donated 671 lbs. of food to CFC.
