Comfort Food Community would like to give special recognition and thanks to CDPHP. You may be familiar with CDPHP as a New York State health insurance provider, but did you know that they are also one of our partners here at CFC? We partner with CDPHP at the Glens Falls Farmers’ Market to connect individuals with healthy food and resources through our Produce Prescription Program.
Over the past year, CDPHP has been committed to the health and safety of our community. They support our mission at Comfort Food Community and have played a very important role in allowing us to continue our important work. In addition to this partnership, CFC received an unexpected monetary donation from CDPHP at the end of 2020. Not only are we grateful for our continuous work together, we are so appreciative of their generosity that has gone above and beyond our expectations.
