With warm spices and crisp apples, this easy smoothie that tastes just like apple pie and is the perfect breakfast for those busy mornings.
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 apple, chopped
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon nut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons  cinnamon
Preparation
Remove apple core and dice apple. Peeling skin is optional.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top the smoothies with extra cinnamon and toasted walnuts or pecans if desired.
