A delicious and healthy alternative to mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
8 kohlrabi bulbs
2 tbsp milk or cream
2 tbsp butter
Preparation
Peel and quarter kohlrabi. Cook in boiling salted water until soft, about 30 minutes; drain. Puree with heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper
Use a food processor or blender to puree these veggies-they're too fibrous for a potato masher.
