If you don’t think you like Brussels Sprouts, you have never tried them like this! Balsamic vinegar and maple syrup perfectly complement this easy side dish.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of Brussels Sprouts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Trim and halve brussels sprouts and toss in oil, vinegar, maple, salt, and pepper.
Spreads sprouts in an even layer on baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
