Ingredients
4 kohlrabi bulbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Preparation
Peel kohlrabi and chop into cubes
In a bowl, combine kohlrabi, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
Lay the seasoned pieces on baking sheet.
Roast for 20-30 minutes at 450F until crispy
