Ingredients

  • 4 kohlrabi bulbs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel kohlrabi and chop into cubes

  2. In a bowl, combine kohlrabi, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper

  3. Lay the seasoned pieces on baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes at 450F until crispy
