About the Recipe
An easy way to enjoy this super food. Roast them solo or in a medley with your favorite winter vegetables.
Ingredients
1 large sweet potato
1 tablespoon oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
2 teaspoons of brown sugar (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and place on sheet pan. Drizzle oil, salt, pepper, and sugar (if using) over potatoes. Toss to coat potatoes and then spread out in an even layer.
Flip every 10-15 minutes cooking for a total of 27-35 minutes until tender and crispy.
