A simple recipe made with tender chicken, colorful peppers, onion, and spices for a low stress meal
Ingredients
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 small or 1 large onion
3 bell peppers
1 lb. chicken breast (can omit or substitute with additional pepper and onion)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400. Mix spices together in a small bowl.
Cut the onion, peppers, and chicken into thin strips and add to baking sheet
Drizzle cooking oil over chicken and vegetables then add the spice mixture. Toss ingredients well and spread out over the baking sheet evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes stirring once halfway through.
Serve on warm tortillas
